*Claude Bolling (born 1930), is a renowned
French jazz pianist, composer, arranger, and occasional actor.
He has written works for many musicians in different genres including
- violinist Pinchas Zukerman; trumpeter Maurice André;
and cellist Yo-Yo Ma. The Concerto for Classic Guitar and Jazz
Piano was originally written for guitarist Alexander Lagoya.
